Journey to the Canton Fair: The Merri Wish Team Heads for Guangzhou

Every celebration deserves thoughtful details, and every great product starts with earnest preparation. This behind-the-scenes documentary video follows the Merri Wish team as we depart our headquarters and travel south to Guangzhou for the Canton Fair. As the party & birthday candle brand under Hebei Huaming Laye Limited Company, Merri Wish focuses on designing, developing and manufacturing creative birthday candles, themed cake toppers, party decorations and one-stop festive supplies for global brand owners, importers, distributors and gift retailers.

At Merri Wish, we live for celebration moments. Birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, holiday parties and all kinds of milestone events are the core inspiration behind our design. Our product portfolio covers an extensive range: classic number candles, letter candles, colourful shape candles, cartoon themed birthday candles, glitter cake decorations, party banners, balloon matching sets and custom party kits. We strictly follow international safety standards for candle production, with stable quality, rich design options and flexible customization support for OEM & ODM orders. Whether our clients want exclusive colour matching, custom packaging, private label printing or full-theme party collection development, our design and production team can turn creative ideas into sellable finished goods.

This trip to the Canton Fair is far more than a routine business visit. It is a precious chance for the Merri Wish team to meet our new and long-term global partners face to face. All shots in this video are captured naturally without performance or staged acting. You can see our team carefully sorting birthday candle samples, packaging display sets and party accessory cartons in the office. Every box is checked piece by piece, every fragile candle set is secured properly before loading. We pack, load luggage, travel to the airport, wait for boarding and fly toward Guangzhou together. Casual chats, focused sample checks and relaxed moments on the journey show our brand attitude: warm, reliable and customer-focused.

The global party goods market keeps evolving. Consumers are chasing more distinctive, photo-worthy, safe and affordable celebration supplies. Merri Wish keeps tracking trending party aesthetics every season — from minimalist pastel styles and vintage retro themes to cute cartoon, luxury metallic and seasonal holiday collections. We know buyers are looking for suppliers who can keep up with fast trends, develop new designs quickly, control product safety and support small trial orders alongside bulk orders. That is exactly what we prepare to discuss at the Canton Fair. We bring our latest birthday candle releases and newly matched party decoration series, ready to share design drafts, colour cards and sample displays with every visitor.

For years, the Canton Fair has served as our key platform to connect with worldwide party product buyers. Many stable partnerships began with a simple conversation at this exhibition. We love listening to our clients’ local market feedback: which shapes sell best, which colours are popular, what packaging works for their supermarket shelves or online stores, and what budget range fits their customers. These real voices guide our next round of product development.

As a sub-brand of Hebei Huaming Laye Limited Company, Merri Wish inherits the factory’s mature production system, strict quality control and stable supply chain capacity, while concentrating all our energy on celebration and party categories. We separate our design line for festive items, keep updating new samples monthly, and provide considerate one-stop sourcing so our partners can source birthday candles and matching party decorations from one supplier easily.

When our plane lands in Guangzhou, a new round of communication begins. We sincerely invite you to stop by our booth, browse our candle samples, touch our party decorations and talk about your upcoming seasonal plans. We believe trust is built step by step — from careful sample packing before departure, to honest communication at the booth, and consistent quality for every shipment afterwards. Every sample we carry to Guangzhou is prepared to show our passion for celebration products.

Stay tuned to our social channels for live updates from the Canton Fair. We are excited to meet you in Guangzhou, explore trendy party designs together, and create more joyful celebration moments for end consumers around the world.
